Welcome to The Tide at Shoreline Retreats, where laid-back coastal living and plenty of room to gather come together just across A1A from the beach.

Designed with families and groups in mind, The Tide is a comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat that sleeps up to 8 guests in four real beds—2 kings and 2 queens. Whether you're planning a family beach vacation, a getaway with friends, or traveling with multiple generations, everyone has space to settle in and feel at home.

Mornings here are meant to start slowly. Pour a cup of coffee, head toward the ocean and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic before deciding what the rest of the day will bring. With the beach just across A1A, it’s easy to spend a few hours by the water, come home to relax and recharge, and head back out whenever the mood strikes.

The Tide is tucked along a quieter stretch of Florida’s iconic A1A, just north of Ormond Beach and south of Flagler Beach. You’ll enjoy the relaxed feel of Ormond-by-the-Sea while still being close enough to explore the restaurants, shops and attractions in either direction.

Back at The Tide, the living space is made for spending time together. Settle in for a movie or game on the 85-inch TV, especially when Florida delivers the occasional rainy afternoon. There’s also a dedicated workspace on the second floor for anyone who needs to check in with the office, catch up on emails or squeeze in a little remote work during the trip. A fully-equipped kitchen, beautiful dining area and even rooftop access make this property a great family vacation spot!

And if you're traveling with an even larger group, Shoreline Retreats offers something special: The Tide can be reserved together with The Drift, the home next door. It’s an ideal arrangement for extended families, friends traveling together, reunions or small groups who want to vacation together while still enjoying the privacy and breathing room of two separate homes.

At The Tide, the goal is simple: give you a comfortable place to gather, easy access to the beach, and a relaxed coastal setting where mornings begin with Atlantic sunrises and days unfold at their own pace.

Come for the beach. Stay for the slower pace. Welcome to The Tide at Shoreline Retreats.
