A Serene Getaway
Welcome to your peaceful home away from home—where comfort, privacy, and room to unwind await. This spacious retreat features three inviting bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and keypad self-check-in for your convenience. A full-size washer and dryer are also included for your use.

Upstairs: The Main Living Space
Enjoy an open, airy layout with a sunroom, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen includes a wine fridge, butcher block island with seating, and everything you need to prepare and enjoy great meals. Relax in the cozy living room with a fireplace and large-screen TV, or step out from the Master Bedroom onto your private balcony. The master suite offers a king-size bed and a spa-like ensuite for your ultimate comfort.

Downstairs:
The Rose Room
A dream for kids or extra guests—this cheerful space comfortably sleeps up to seven with custom full-size bunk beds, a queen bed with twin XL trundle, and a TV with PlayStation. A small dinette for four and private patio make it perfect for fun and relaxation.

Downstairs Master Suite
Your personal sanctuary awaits. Unwind in the king-size bed, enjoy your favorite shows on the large-screen TV, or cozy up beside the electric fireplace.
There is also a full sized bathroom on this floor.

Pool House & Outdoor Living
A private kitchenette in the pool house is just steps away—ideal for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Outside, you’ll find your exclusive spa, BBQ grill, and wood-burning fire pit, all overlooking the serene lake.

Though the pool area and dock are shared with other guests, these outdoor amenities are reserved just for you.

Added Comforts
Each bedroom includes MoleKule air purifiers and essential oil diffusers with Young Living essential oils for a fresh, relaxing atmosphere.

✨ Note: Water levels vary seasonally; the lake is typically fullest from May through October, offering breathtaking views year-round.

Note: the tiny home is not included in this rental, but is available to rent as well. The pool is only shared if the tiny home is rented out at the same time.
NOTE: DRIVEWAY IS STEEP, BUT LEVELS OUT FOR PARKING.

Located at the end of a road with only one neighbor. It is very quiet with lots of wildlife.

You will need a car, boat or ATV/UTV. We are located a few miles from the Food City in Harriman.

We are super close to some incredible destination spots! Windrock for all our off roaders and Flatrock for all our premier motorsports enthusiasts!

We welcome pets (with an additional fee). Please crate your pet when you are leaving them alone in the house. Please clean up after your pet..baggies provided. Also, we ask that your pet stays off the furniture. Thank you!
