Step inside and you’ll be greeted by all-new tile flooring throughout, echoing the colors and textures of the nearby ocean — just 15 minutes away. The open-concept living room is truly the heart of the home, with comfy, higher-quality furnishings (no flimsy rental couches here!) and plenty of room to relax, reconnect, or unwind after a beach day.

The fully updated kitchen features gorgeous butcher block countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook up a great meal. You'll also find a brand new washer and dryer for added convenience during longer stays.

With two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and a fourth bedroom outfitted with both a full and twin bed, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and sleep comfortably.

We chose the name Blue Tide Retreat because the moment you walk in, the home’s calming colors and breezy vibe will remind you just how close you are to the sea. While we’re still adding in a few final coastal touches, the home is fully ready for guests — and we can’t wait to welcome you!

There is room for a maximum of 4 vehicles at any given time. A car is needed in this city.
