KITCHEN
The kitchen at "Privacy in the Palms" has been newly updated to enhance your culinary experience. It now boasts open shelving, brand-new appliances including a dishwasher, and a sleek stainless steel stove/oven with a convenient built-in air-fryer. The addition of a deep, double sink and all the essential cooking tools ensures you have everything at hand for whipping up delightful meals. Even our Private Chef has given it his seal of approval! Plus, enjoy serene views of the screened-in lanai and backyard as you cook.

LIVING ROOM
You'll find an oversized, Italian leather couch with plenty of seating for viewing your favorite show on the new 85 inch flat screen TV with streaming available. There is also a corner desk for those needing to get work or school done during their stay!

DINING AREA
Gather round the large black wooden table with 4 chairs and a bench with seating for 6 at the table and another 3 stools at the breakfast bar. Great place to enjoy a meal or play games with other couples or the family!

PRIMARY (MASTER) BEDROOM
You will sink into the beautiful KING size bed and enjoy your own TV with streaming available. The view from the window is into the fenced in doggy yard. You also have your own private bathroom with dual sinks and a walk in shower. You will find a weighted blanket and fidget toys for little ones in the master bedroom closet.

SECOND BEDROOM
Guests will enjoy the dark gray, gold and white Palm decor AND another KING size bed with views of the front planting beds and butterfly garden. A TV is available for streaming through ROKU. Two couples can easily share this home without anyone fighting over a King size bed.

THIRD BEDROOM
This bedroom has the QUEEN size bed and is decorated in Aqua blues and grays with a bit more coastal vibe. We can also have a Pack N Play setup in this bedroom for your little ones. The view from the window is into the backyard.

SCREENED IN LANAI
With a view of the lush greenspace to the rear, you will enjoy sitting and listening to the various frogs and bugs and birds. You also might catch a glimpse of the momma and baby deer that occasionally wonder through the yard. Doors on each end open either to the large, fenced-in doggy yard or the back and side yards where you are welcome to wonder the property and check out all the landscaping including the butterfly garden on the side.

You will see a few items around that you would not normally see in a rental! We strive to make this vacation rental safe & comfortable for families with children on the Autism Spectrum by added extra locks, alarms on doors and windows, emergency exit lights, night lights, furniture anchors, kid-friendly furniture, weighted blanket and fidget toys and more! If you have a family member on the autism spectrum, you will rest easy knowing they can easily be kept safe while on vacation!

You have access to the entire space and yards (except the garage and an owner's closet).

We are just down the street, but you won't even know it unless you need us!

Very private, quiet neighborhood. The street is a circle that is only used by those who live there.

Room for 3 cars to park in the driveway. The city does not allow parking on the street or in the grass. Also, no commercial vehicles, trailers, boats or RV's are allowed to be parked on the property.

Please refrain from smoking INSIDE the home. Feel free to smoke on the lanai as long as you keep the door to the house closed. Thank you!

The City of Palm Coast now requires a Rental Agreement to be completed for your stay.

No commercial vehicles or trailers are allowed to be parked in the driveway overnight. Please ask us about alternative arrangements.
